Software Warranty: 90-Days

• Avaya hardware warranty is on a return-and-replace basis
• IP Office Support Services (IPOSS) is available to customers on R8.1 or higher
• Telephone set replacement coverage is not included in IP Office Support Services

IPOSS is available in 1-Year, 3-Year, or 5-Year Agreement.

IPOSS Provides:
• Avaya Remote Technical Support (RTS)
• Next Business Day (NBD) Advanced Parts Replacement (APR)

IPOSS Benefits:
