  • 4-hours on-site

Repair (Non-Critical Outage)

  • 2 hours by phone or remote access
  • Next business day on-site

Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC)

  • 24 to 72 hours

*Critical Outage Defined: Complete system(s) failure, No incoming/outgoing calls, Failure of 50% of stations, Failure of 25% of trunks
