Avaya IP Office R11 – Notes

Avaya’s Generally Available (GA) IP Office system is R11 as of 05-18-18

Avaya IP Office R11 software is available through the Avaya “Product Licensing & Delivery System” (PLDS).  Customers will be required to upgrade to R11 using paid or IPOSS entitled R11 release upgrade licenses and apply the R11 software load using Manager.

If your system is running R10/10.1, which is already PLDS licensing; then the PLDS upgrade processes would apply.

If you are on Pre-R10 and upgrading to R11, you will need to use the .xml license migration file and processes for upgrades.

ALL R11 Upgrades MUST go through the A1S Design/Ordering Process.

With the General Availability GA of IP Office R11, Avaya will provide support for the two most current major releases. IP Office R10.1 and IP Office R 11, will be considered the two major releases.
