Xima Web Chat is now available!
Xima Software just announced the general availability of their Multimedia Web Chat.
Xima Multimedia Web Chat software is designed to add another channel to their Skills Based Routing solution. It can be used in conjunction with Xima’s Voice Skills Based Routing, but can also run stand alone, along side customers using IP Office Hunt Groups.
It has a wide variety of features including:
